Please read the below letter from BLC Outdoor Services carefully. It contains details regarding fall aeration and over-seeding services. Front yard aeration is provided to homeowners by the HOA, but you will need to contact BLC (bryan@blcoutdoors.com) no later than 9/26/21 to verify you would like to be scheduled for service.

Additional services including side and back yard aeration and over-seeding are also available at a discounted rate. Please see the letter below for full details.

BLC will plan on aerating and over-seeding in early October, weather permitting.

Mission accomplished! We want to report to you that we have filed the petition to amend our covenants to require that our homeowners carry the insurance on their own homes. Starting September 1, 2021, the HOA will no longer carry the insurance on Summerset homes. The HOA will continue to carry the insurance on the common areas.

It is required that all homeowners submit a Certificate of Insurance to the Board of Directors no later than September 15, 2021. This is a common request that your insurance agent will be able to provide.

The amendments to the Summerset covenants are available for download below. Please attach them to your existing copy of the covenants.

Thank you to all of our residents for supporting the HOA Board in this endeavor. Beginning with researching this complicated issue to filing the petition this week has been about a year’s endeavor.
